What is Property Helper? 

Property Helper is a service offered by Conveyancing.com.au that gives buyers and sellers the opportunity to arrange utility and service connections for their new home or compare services for their existing homes to get the best value. 

 How does it work? 

Once a customer has submitted a request, they will be automatically contacted by a team member at Property Helper via email and / or over the phone from our Melbourne based call centre. Customers will have the opportunity to choose services via an online portal or can be assisted by the call team.  

 Is there a cost?  

No, the service is free to all Property Helper customers and there is no obligation to purchase anything.  

What if I am contacted and I am not ready to move?  

If you are not ready to arrange connections at the initial point of contact, you can request a 'Scheduled Call back' at a date and time of your choice. Simply ask one of the call team to schedule a call back or choose this option from the Online portal. 

Who is going to call me? 

One of the friendly team members from Property Helper will reach out to you to help with your upcoming move. 

Who do you work with and what can I arrange? 

Property Helper provides several different services and providers to choose from including Origin, Alinta, Energy Australia, Optus, AGL and many more leading Australian companies providing you with the opportunity to choose the best fit for your needs.  

 What if I am not interested?  

If you submit a request, as part of our continued effort to provide the best service to our customers, all Property Helper users will be contacted by Property Helper. If you do not want to utilize the free solution, simply tell one of the team and the call center will close your referral with no further contact made.  

 Is the online portal secure? 

Yes, the online portal is safe and secure and allows Property Helper clients to view and set up connections and services themselves via the portal, instead of speaking with the call team so that they can help them do so.  

How do I access the Customer Portal? 

The Customer Portal can be accessed by visiting https://propertyhelperconnect.movinghub.net/customer-portal/, then entering your email address. A one-time password will be provided for you to enter and complete the login process. From there you can navigate to services available to complete an application or check to see the status of any pending applications.
